Our customers find us easy to work with and quick to deliver the finished article. Here's a brief guide to a typical workflow:

• From receipt of your artwork we produce a full colour sherpa proof within two days
• This we would send to you or to your customer under plain label for approval
• This proof should be signed off for content and colour and also any relevant comments or corrections marked clearly and returned to W E Baxter
• For a small extra charge we can wrap the sherpa proof and create a fully made up dummy binder inclusive of the desired ring mechanism
• W E Baxter can also offer delivery direct to you or your customer under plain or your dedicated delivery notes.

• Delivery can be via our unmarked delivery vans or on our courier’s next day service
• Customers often take advantage of this direct despatch service. The advantages being quicker delivery, no double handling, and its also better for the environment
• If you do want us to send to your customer direct we also provide you with a file copy to arrive at the same time
• We also photograph all palletised goods prior to despatch and these pictures can be emailed to you as proof of despatch and security of packaging
