Service

• Production / Estimating department is manned from 8.00 am to 6 o’clock Monday to Fridays with weekend cover when required.
• Computerised production, estimating, costing and accounts.
• Overtime working is available to meet urgent deadlines.
• All sales staff have a technical background and carry mobile telephones when away from the factory.
• All work is passed and signed off by a senior staff member before any print or binding is commenced.
• Upon receipt of your order we will then confirm quantity, price, delivery date and a full specification; any subsequent variations will also be confirmed to you by fax. Any subsequent variations are also confirmed in the same way.

Quality

• Internal quality control systems.
• Colour weights checked to gretag densitometer reading and visually assessed under strictly controlled lighting which is standardised for both reflectance and transmission of colour.
• 200 screen standard for printing four colour halftones.
• Colour reference books are renewed annually.
• Highly commended by Litho week magazine and winner of Printing World awards in past years.

Environmental Policy

• All waste paper and off-cuts are separated into white paper and then sent away for recycling.
• All waste aluminium plates and plate off cuts are collected for their scrap metal content.
• All liquid and sprays used in the factory are CFC free.
• All anti set-off spray powder used in the factory is biodegradable.
• All dumper roller wash used in the factory is biodegradable.
• All exhausted reprographic chemicals are collected by licensed waste disposal specialist.
• All wipers used in the machine room are washed weekly and reused.
