Using a third party FTP Client

• Login details
  • Use this address 82.43.4.197
  • User name = general
  • Password = osier

Using Internet Explorer

• Login details
  • Use the following URL ftp://general:osier@82.43.4.197
  • This url should log you onto the site automatically and you should see your folders
  • Should the above URL not work use ftp://82.43.4.197
  • You should receive an error that denies you access. OK the error and go up to the file menu and select the ‘Login as…’ option
  • User name = general
  • Password = osier

Note: Various Mac internet browsers have problems accessing FTP, if this is the case please use a PC to upload or get a third party FTP client for your MAC.
